How we handle your information

Pasifik Cloud Solutions Pty Ltd (contact@pasifikcloud.com) collects the information on this form to check your eligibility, lodge your application for Microsoft's decision and record the result.

If you sign in to apply, we fill in your name and email from your Microsoft sign-in. You can change them. We also record the Microsoft 365 work account you signed in with, and the Microsoft tenant ID of that account, so we can link your application to the account and tenant it came from. We email a copy of your application to the address you give.

We share this information with Microsoft, and with the authorised Microsoft partner we lodge it through, for those purposes. We also use service providers, such as hosting and email delivery, to run the form and send your copy. Microsoft and our email delivery provider may handle it outside Australia, including in the United States.
